Peru is another country with trades of corruption in it. One of the main sectors that is corrupt the most is the police forces again. By this point it is well known that the police forces in Latin America are one of the most corrupt sectors in their countries. The national police force in Peru is known for not having enough people, very corrupt and lacking of proper training and professionalism. Peruvians consider their police the third most corrupt sector in the country. Only two are before it- judicial and political system. There are reports for police officers involved in delinquency, kidnapping and of course drug trafficking. Even though there is an Office of complaints, it is not used very often, because of the lack of confidence in the citizens that it would change something. When people asked about their police how corrupt it is, they answer "corrupt" or "very corrupt".
