Corrupt land administration Bolivia 16 1724 56 S 63 3519 15 W

Another contestant in our corrupt countries' list is Bolivia. We are going to take a look in the land administration. It is stated that prices of lands and taxes can be reduced by paying bribes to public officials. According to the US department of state, "neither Bolivian nor foreign companies can rely on the judicial system to effectively enforce land rights."If a person does not agree with the ways of the judicial officials, he or she can't really complain to the police or any other sector, because they are just as corrupt and the outcome will be even worse for him or her. This whole environment is more than welcome for a foreign "investors". They can go easily in the country, they have enough money and the whole system is corrupt and they get their ways. Of all that the average person is the most hurt one.
